Cylindrical roller and raceway are the line contact bearings.With great load capacity,mainly bear radial load.Rolling body and ring wall have small friction,suitable for high speed rotation.According to whether rib or not,can be devided into NU、NJ、NUP、N、NF single row bearings etc. And NNU,NN double-row bearings etc. The bearing structure is of inner ring and outer ring can be separated. Inner ring or outer ring without rib of cylindrical roller bearings,inner ring and outer ring can do relative movement in axial direction,so it can be used as free end bearing.On the one side of inner ring and outer ring with double ribs,on the other side of ring with single rib of cylindrical roller bearings,Can be withstand certain degree and one direction axial load.General use steel stamping cage,or copper alloy cage.But some of use polyamide shaped cage.

  • Roller and raceway is line contact or offline contact, great radial load capacity,suitable for withstanding heavy load and impact load.

  • Small friction coefficient ,suitable for high speed,limiting speed near to deep groove ball bearings.

  • N type and NU type can do axial movement,can adapt relative position change which caused by thermal expansion or installation error between shaft and housing,can be used as free end bearings.

  • Higher requirment for processing shaft or seat hole,And outer ring axis relative deflection after installation should be strictly controlled,so as to avoid contact stress concentration.

  • Inner ring or outer ring can be separated,which are easy installation and removal.

Main use:

Large and medium motor, Locomotive, Spindle, Engine, Dynamo, Gas turbine, Gear box, Rolling mill, Shaker and Hoisting and conveying machinery etc.

Can be withstand radial load and axial load.Can be work at higher speed.The bigger contact angle,the higher axial load capacity.High precision and high speed bearing general use 15degree contact angle. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase.Single row angular contact ball bearing can withstand axial load in one direction, Withstanding radial load will cause additional axial force.And can only limit shaft or housing axial movement in one direction.If paired double installation, To make a pair of bearing outer ring relative face to face,that is wide face to wide face,narrow face to narrow face.This can avoid additional axial force, but also in both of directions to make shaft or housing limited in axial clearance range.
