The manufacturing activities at Ravi corporation are carried out on precision imported machines under strict supervision & technical guidance of a team of qualified & well experienced engineers to meet the product requirements. It has in house facilities for forging, Heat treatment, Grinding, Sorting, Super finishing & Inspection of Rollers & in house facilities for grinding, Super finishing & Inspection of Bearing Races. It has a well equipped standard room with sophisticated precision measuring instruments including Taylor Hobson Tally round-30, Taylor Hobson Form Telly surf, Mitutoyo Roundness tester, Mitutoyo Roughness tester, Mitutoyo Contracer, Olympus Microscope, Profile projector & metallurgical laboratory.
